Welcome to Champagne App, operated by MB "Champagne App" ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Lithuania. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Confirming that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. The Services provide educational content related to champagne and are not intended for minors.

You may submit tasting notes, photos, club content, and other materials ("User Content"). You agree that your User Content will not:

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a limited license to host and display it within the Services as described in Section 4.

We reserve the right to remove User Content or restrict access that we determine, at our sole discretion, violates these Terms or harms the community.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all trademarks, logos, text, images, educational materials, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
